Cancelling or Rescheduling

Plans change — we get it! We make it easy to modify, reschedule, or cancel your upcoming appointments. Here's everything you need to know about making changes.

Rescheduling an Appointment

1. Go to your Appointments page from the dashboard.
2. Find the appointment you want to change and click "Reschedule".
3. You'll be taken to the calendar picker where you can select a new date and time.
4. Confirm the new time — your groomer and services will remain the same.
5. You'll receive an updated confirmation email with the new details.

Note: If your preferred groomer isn't available at the new time, you'll be offered alternative groomers or times. You can also choose "Any Available" for more flexibility.

Cancelling an Appointment

1. Go to your Appointments page.
2. Click the three dots (...) menu on the appointment card.
3. Select "Cancel Appointment".
4. You may optionally provide a reason for cancellation.
5. Confirm the cancellation — you'll receive a confirmation email.

Cancelling a Recurring Appointment

If you have a recurring appointment series, you have two options:

• Cancel this occurrence only: Cancels just the one appointment. The rest of the series continues as scheduled.
• Cancel entire series: Cancels this and all future appointments in the series. Past appointments are not affected.

Modifying Services

Need to add or remove a service (e.g., add teeth brushing)?

1. Open the appointment and click "Edit Services".
2. Add or remove services and add-ons as needed.
3. Click "Save Changes" — the price estimate will update automatically.

Tip: You can modify services up until the appointment starts. Once your pet is checked in, you'll need to contact the salon directly to make changes.
