How far in advance can I book an appointment?
You can book appointments up to 60 days in advance. Same-day bookings are available if there's an open slot.
Can I book for more than one pet at a time?
Yes! During Step 1 of the booking process, you can select multiple pets. Each pet can have different services. We'll schedule them back-to-back for your convenience.
What's the cancellation policy?
Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the appointment are free. Late cancellations (under 24 hours) or no-shows may incur a fee of up to 50% of the booked service price. You can cancel from your Appointments page.
Why is the price listed as 'Starting at'?
Final pricing depends on your pet's size, coat type, and condition. The 'Starting at' price reflects the cost for the smallest size tier. Your groomer may adjust the final amount based on the actual work required (for example, severe matting, extra-large breed).
How do recurring appointments work?
When booking, you can toggle 'Make this recurring' to automatically repeat the appointment on a weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly schedule. Each occurrence reserves the same groomer and time slot. You can modify or cancel individual occurrences without affecting the series.
What vaccinations are required?
Dogs: Rabies (required by law), DHPP/Distemper-Parvo (required), Bordetella (required for daycare/boarding). Cats: Rabies (required), FVRCP (required). Upload proof via the Vaccinations tab on your pet's profile.
