Viewing Appointment History

Your complete appointment history is always available — from your very first visit to your most recent groom. Use it to review past services, download receipts, and keep track of your pet's grooming routine.

Accessing Your History

1. Go to Appointments from the main navigation.
2. Click the "Past" tab to see completed appointments.
3. Appointments are listed in reverse chronological order (newest first).

What Each Entry Shows

• Date & time: When the appointment took place.
• Pet(s): Which pet(s) were groomed.
• Services: The package and add-ons performed.
• Groomer: Who performed the service.
• Status: Completed, Cancelled, or No-Show.
• Total charged: Final amount that was billed.

Downloading Receipts

1. Click on any completed appointment to expand the details.
2. Click "Download Receipt" to save a PDF receipt to your device.
3. Receipts include the salon's name, address, your details, itemized services, tax, tip, total, and payment method used.

Filtering & Searching

If you have many past appointments, use the filter options:

• By pet: Show only appointments for a specific pet.
• By date range: Filter to a specific month or custom range.
• By groomer: See all appointments with a specific stylist.
• By status: Filter by Completed, Cancelled, or No-Show.

Rebooking from History

Loved a past appointment? Click "Rebook" on any completed entry to start a new booking pre-filled with the same pet, services, and groomer. Just pick a new date and confirm!

Note: Your full appointment history is retained for as long as your account is active. If you need an export of all historical data, go to My Account > Privacy and click "Request Data Export".
