After every grooming session, your pet's stylist leaves detailed notes about the visit. These notes help you understand what was done, any concerns discovered, and recommendations for future visits. They also help the groomer remember your preferences next time.
You can also access notes from Appointments > Past — click any completed appointment to see the groomer's notes.

The history tab shows a chronological timeline of all visits, making it easy to spot patterns, track your pet's grooming schedule, and see how different styles looked over time. Each entry shows the date, groomer name, services, and a brief summary.
Tip: If you loved a particular cut or style, save the grooming note as a "favorite" by clicking the heart icon. This makes it easy to reference when booking your next appointment!
