Recurring Appointments

Keep your pet looking their best with recurring appointments! Set up a repeating schedule once and we'll automatically reserve time with your preferred groomer at the same time every week, two weeks, or month.

Setting Up a Recurring Appointment

1. Start a regular booking by following the normal booking process.
2. When you reach the Checkout step, toggle the "Make this recurring" switch.
3. Choose your recurrence pattern:
   • Weekly: Same day and time every week.
   • Bi-weekly: Every two weeks on the same day.
   • Monthly: Same day of the month (e.g., 1st Saturday).
4. Set the number of occurrences (default is 4) or select an end date.
5. Review the preview showing all scheduled dates, then confirm.

Managing Your Series

Viewing Upcoming Occurrences

All upcoming occurrences appear on your Appointments page with a small "recurring" badge. Click any occurrence to see the full series.

Modifying a Single Occurrence

Need to reschedule just one appointment in the series? Click on that specific occurrence and choose "Edit This Appointment Only". You can change the date, time, or services without affecting the rest of the series.

Modifying the Entire Series

To change the groomer, services, or recurrence pattern for all future appointments, click on any upcoming occurrence and select "Edit Entire Series".

Cancelling

• "Cancel This Occurrence" — Removes just one appointment. The series continues.
• "Cancel Entire Series" — Cancels this and all future appointments. Past appointments are not affected.

Important Notes

Tip: Recurring appointments are the best way to maintain a consistent grooming schedule and avoid the frustration of fully booked calendars. Most groomers recommend every 4–6 weeks for a full groom and every 2–3 weeks for a bath & brush.
