Scheduling a Time

After choosing your groomer, we'll show you a calendar with available dates and times. Our system automatically calculates how much time is needed for your specific services and pet.

Using the Calendar

• Dates with dots: Days that have available appointment slots.
• Greyed-out dates: Days that are fully booked or where the salon is closed.
• Arrows: Use the left and right arrows to navigate between months.

Choosing a Time Slot

Click on a date to see available start times. Times are shown in your local timezone. You'll see options like "9:00 AM", "11:30 AM", etc.

• Why these times? Our smart scheduling system fits your appointment into the groomer's day efficiently, minimizing gaps.
• Duration: The estimated duration (e.g., "approx. 2 hours") helps you plan your day.

Note: Grooming is an art, not a science! The duration is an estimate. We'll text you when your pet is almost ready for pickup.

🤖 Smart Scheduling: The time slots you see aren't random — your salon's scheduling engine learns from past appointments to predict how long each service takes for your pet's breed, size, and coat type. This means your appointment length adapts over time, keeping the calendar accurate and reducing wait times for everyone.

"No availability found"

If you see this message, it means the selected groomer is completely booked for the visible dates. Try:

• Navigating to the next month to see future openings.
• Going back one step and selecting "Any Available Groomer" to see more options.
• Checking for cancellations (our real-time system updates instantly!).
• Joining the Waitlist to get notified if a spot opens up.
