We include built-in messaging so you can communicate directly with salon staff without leaving the app. Whether you have a special request, need to share a reference photo, or want to ask about your pet's progress, messages are the fastest way to reach us.
During business hours, you can expect a reply within 15–30 minutes. For urgent requests (e.g., "I'm running late"), we recommend calling the salon directly. Outside business hours, messages are queued and answered first thing the next business day.
Note: Messages are linked to your account and appointment history, so staff has full context when replying. You don't need to re-explain your pet's breed, past visits, etc.
