Your pet progresses through these stages during a salon visit:
Your pet has arrived and been received by staff. They're waiting comfortably for their stylist.
Your pet is actively being bathed, dried, or groomed. The assigned stylist's name is shown alongside this status.
Your pet is almost done! Final touches like bow placement, bandana, or cologne are being applied.
Your pet is done and looking fabulous! You'll receive an SMS and push notification automatically.

Tip: If your pet has been "In Service" for significantly longer than the estimated duration, don't worry! Grooming is an art and sometimes takes extra care. The salon will message you if anything unexpected arises, such as discovered matting or a skin issue.
