The tracking feature activates only on the day of your appointment and only after the groomer begins their route. If it's still greyed out after 30 minutes past the expected start time, contact the salon directly.
GPS updates occur every 30 seconds, so there may be a slight delay. If the groomer appears stuck in one spot for an extended time, they may be at a longer-than-expected stop. Check your messages for any updates from the salon.
Privacy: The groomer's location is only visible to clients who have an active appointment on that day's route. Tracking data is not stored after the appointment ends.
