Creating Your Account

Welcome! Creating an account is the first step to booking premium grooming services for your furry friend. It's quick, secure, and helps us keep track of your pet's preferences and history.

How to Sign Up

1. Click "Sign In" in the top right corner of any page.
2. Select "Sign Up" at the bottom of the form.
3. Enter your email address and create a secure password.
   • Alternatively, you can sign up with your Google account for one-click access.
4. Check your email inbox for a verification code. Enter this code to confirm your email address.
5. Once verified, you'll be asked to provide your name and phone number. We use your phone number for appointment reminders and urgent updates about your pet.

What happens next?

After creating your account, you'll be taken to your dashboard where you can:

• Add your pets and their details
• Upload vaccination records
• Book your first appointment

Note: You don't need to add a credit card to create an account. You'll only need payment information when you're ready to book specific services or packages.

Troubleshooting

I didn't receive the verification code

Please check your spam or junk folder. The email will come from no-reply@sprucesuite.app. If you still don't see it after 5 minutes, click "Resend Code" on the verification screen.

"Email already in use" error

This means you likely already have an account with us. Try signing in instead, or use the "Forgot Password" link if you need to reset your access.
