If you've forgotten your password or just want to update it for security reasons, We make it easy to regain access to your account. You can also sign in with your Google account if you prefer not to manage a separate password.
Forgot Your Password?
- Go to the Sign In page.
- Click the "Forgot Password?" link below the password field.
- Enter the email address associated with your account.
- Check your email inbox for a password reset link. This link expires after 1 hour for security.
- Click the link and create a new password.
- You'll be signed in automatically after resetting.
Note: The reset email comes from your salon's notification address. Check your spam or promotions folder if you don't see it within a few minutes.
Sign In with Google
If you originally created your account using "Sign in with Google," you don't have a separate password to reset. Simply:
- Go to the Sign In page.
- Click "Continue with Google".
- Select the Google account you used when you signed up.
If you're having trouble with your Google account itself, you'll need to visit Google's account recovery page to fix that first — We can't reset your Google password.
Changing Your Password When Logged In
If you know your current password but want to update it:
- Navigate to My Account via the top menu.
- Select Security from the account settings.
- Enter your current password.
- Type your new password twice to confirm.
- Click "Update Password".
What happens after a password change: All other active sessions (e.g., on other devices or browsers) are automatically signed out for security. You'll need to sign in again on those devices with your new password.
Account Lockouts
To protect your account from unauthorized access, we temporarily lock accounts after multiple failed sign-in attempts:
- After 5 incorrect password attempts, your account is locked for 15 minutes.
- During the lockout, you'll see a message explaining when you can try again.
- You can still use "Forgot Password?" during a lockout — resetting your password immediately unlocks your account.
- If you believe someone else is trying to access your account, contact the salon immediately.
Tips for a Strong Password
- Use at least 8 characters.
- Include a mix of uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols.
- Avoid using common words or personal information like "password123" or your pet's name.
- Use a unique password that you don't use on other websites.
- Consider using a password manager (like 1Password, Bitwarden, or your browser's built-in manager) for extra security and convenience.
Security Tip: We will never ask for your password over email, phone, or text message. If anyone asks for your password, please report it to our support team immediately.
Troubleshooting
- "I didn't receive the reset email" — Check your spam folder. Make sure you're entering the same email address you used to sign up. If you signed up with Google, you don't have a password to reset — use "Continue with Google" instead.
- "The reset link says it's expired" — Reset links are valid for 1 hour. Request a new one from the Sign In page.
- "I'm locked out and can't wait 15 minutes" — Use the "Forgot Password?" flow to reset your password. This immediately unlocks your account.
- "I can't remember which email I used" — Contact the salon directly. They can look up your account by phone number or name and confirm which email is on file.
