Managing Your Profile

Keeping your profile up to date ensures we can reach you about your appointments and that your account remains secure.

Updating Personal Information

1. Click on your User Avatar or name in the top navigation bar.
2. Select "Profile" from the dropdown menu.
3. In the "Personal Info" section, you can update your:
   • Full Name
   • Phone Number (requires verification)
   • Home Address
4. Click "Save Changes" to confirm.

Changing Your Email

Your email address is your unique identifier with us. If you need to change it, please contact our support team at support@sprucesuite.app for assistance.

Changing Your Password

To change your password while logged in:

1. Go to your Profile page.
2. Scroll down to the "Security" section.
3. Click "Change Password".
4. Enter your current password and your new desired password.

Tip: If you've forgotten your password and can't log in, use the "Forgot Password" link on the sign-in screen instead.

Managing Saved Payment Methods

You can securely save credit cards for faster checkout:

1. Navigate to the "Billing" tab in your account settings.
2. Click "+ Add Payment Method".
3. Enter your card details. We use a secure payment processor and never store your full card number.

To remove a card, simply click the trash icon next to the saved payment method.
