Installing the App on Your Phone

Our client portal is a Progressive Web App (PWA) — it works in your browser but can also be installed on your phone for faster access, push notifications, and an app-like experience. No app store download required!

iPhone (Safari)

1. Open Safari and navigate to your salon's booking site.
2. Tap the Share button (square with an arrow pointing up) at the bottom of the screen.
3. Scroll down and tap "Add to Home Screen".
4. Give it a name (or keep the default) and tap "Add".
5. The app icon now appears on your home screen — tap it to open!

Android (Chrome)

1. Open Chrome and navigate to your salon's booking site.
2. You may see an "Install app" banner at the bottom — tap "Install".
3. If no banner appears, tap the three-dot menu (top right) and select "Add to Home screen" or "Install app".
4. Confirm by tapping "Install".
5. The app appears in your app drawer and home screen.

Enabling Notifications

After installing, the app will ask permission to send notifications. Tap "Allow" to receive:

• Appointment confirmations and reminders.
• "Pet is ready for pickup" alerts.
• Vaccination expiry warnings.
• Promotional offers from your salon.

Tip: If you accidentally blocked notifications, go to your phone's Settings > Notifications > find the app > enable alerts.
