Gift Cards & Packages

Gift cards and prepaid service packages are a great way to save money and make wonderful gifts for fellow pet parents. Here's everything you need to know about purchasing, redeeming, and managing them.

Gift Cards

Purchasing a Gift Card

1. Navigate to Gift Cards from the main menu or your account page.
2. Choose a preset amount ($25, $50, $75, $100) or enter a custom amount.
3. Select delivery method:
   • Email: We'll send a beautiful card to the recipient's email address on the date you choose.
   • Print at home: Download a printable card to hand-deliver.
4. Add an optional personal message.
5. Complete payment — your card number will be emailed to you (and/or the recipient).

Redeeming a Gift Card

1. During checkout, click "Use gift card".
2. Enter the 16-digit code from the gift card email or printout.
3. The available balance is applied to your order. If the balance doesn't cover the full amount, pay the remainder with a credit card.

Checking Your Balance

Go to My Account > Gift Cards to see all gift cards linked to your account with their remaining balances. You can also enter any gift card code to check its balance without redeeming it.

Service Packages (Bundles)

What Are Service Packages?

Service packages are prepaid bundles that offer savings over booking individual sessions. For example, a "5 Bath & Brush Bundle" gives you 5 sessions at a discounted per-session rate.

How to Purchase

1. Go to Packages from the main menu.
2. Browse available bundles. Each shows the services included, number of sessions, and total savings.
3. Click "Buy Package" and complete payment.

Redeeming Sessions

During checkout, if you have an active package that includes the service you're booking, it will be shown as a payment option. Select it to redeem one session from your bundle. The remaining count updates automatically.

Important Details

• Gift cards do not expire.
• Gift cards are non-refundable but the balance can be used across multiple visits.
• Service packages expire 12 months after purchase. Unused sessions are not refundable after expiration.
• Gift cards and packages are transferable — just share the code with another person.

Tip: Service packages are the best value if you're a regular visitor. A 5-pack typically saves 10–15% compared to individual bookings!
