Booking as a Guest (No Account)

Some salons allow first-time clients to book without creating a full account. Guest booking is a quick way to get your pet an appointment with minimal setup.

How Guest Booking Works

1. On the booking page, click "Book as Guest" (if available).
2. Enter your name, phone number, and email address.
3. Add your pet's name, species (dog or cat), breed, and approximate weight.
4. Select a service, date, and time as usual.
5. Complete checkout. You'll receive a confirmation email and SMS.

What Information Is Required?

• Your name — so the salon knows who's dropping off.
• Phone number — for pickup notifications and day-of communication.
• Email — for booking confirmation and receipts.
• Pet basics — name, species, breed, and weight for service pricing and safety.

Upgrading to a Full Account

After your first visit, you can create a full account to unlock:

• Saved pet profiles — no re-entering details each time.
• Vaccination tracking — upload records and get expiry reminders.
• Booking history — view past and upcoming appointments.
• Recurring bookings — set up automatic repeat appointments.
• Push notifications — real-time updates on your pet's status.

To upgrade, click "Create Account" from the confirmation email or visit the salon's booking page and sign up with the same email you used for your guest booking. Your previous booking history will be linked automatically.
